Remote service crash via null URL dereference

Denial of service in Portable UPnP SDK 1.12.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash a device service via a malformed request. The FindServiceControlURLPath and FindServiceEventURLPath functions call strlen on a null URL-path pointer before parsing it, causing a segmentation fault. Unauthenticated network reachability to the UPnP miniserver is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of the hosting process.
