Security-control bypass in Samsung mobile devices running Android 9.0 or 10.0 allows remote attackers to disable SEAndroid policy through RKP. RKP leaves SEAndroid-related variables unprotected, allowing policy state to be changed instead of preserving mandatory access controls. Network access without authentication is sufficient, and the documented consequence is integrity loss through disabled SEAndroid enforcement; no data disclosure or service interruption is reported.
