Disclosure of hardcoded DocuSign credentials
Published Jun 4, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Information disclosure in Foxit Reader and PhantomPDF before 9.7.2 allows remote attackers to obtain hardcoded DocuSign credentials. The DocuSign plugin stores a username and password in hardcoded form, exposing them through the installed application. Access requires reaching a system where the plugin is installed; disclosed records do not describe authentication or user interaction, and impact is limited to credential disclosure.
