Guest-triggered process crash via recursive MMIO access

Uncontrolled recursion in QEMU 4.2.0 ATI VGA emulation allows guest OS users to crash the QEMU process through crafted MMIO access. The ati_mm_read and ati_mm_write handlers recurse on MM_DATA accesses without first rejecting MM_INDEX values at or below MM_DATA + 3. A guest able to access the emulated ATI VGA registers can exhaust the QEMU process stack, interrupting that virtual machine without reported host-code execution.
