Host emulator crash via unchecked PCI read

Out-of-bounds read in QEMU 4.2.0 ATI VGA emulation allows guest OS users to crash the host QEMU process through PCI configuration access. The ati_mm_read routine passes an end-of-space address and request size to pci_default_read_config without first verifying that the complete read remains within PCI configuration space. The guest must be able to issue memory-mapped reads through emulated ATI VGA hardware; a successful trigger terminates the host emulator and interrupts the virtual machine.
