Unauthenticated content disclosure via disabled relationship fields

Access bypass in Drupal core 8.0.0 through 8.9.18, 9.1.0 through 9.1.12, and 9.2.0 through 9.2.5 lets remote attackers read restricted content. ResourceType relationship discovery includes disabled relationship fields because its filters test the field type without checking isFieldEnabled(). The JSON:API module must be enabled, and the resulting impact is limited to unintended access to content exposed through affected relationships.
