Administrator session theft via reflected serverDomain input
Published Jun 15, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in DigDash Enterprise 2018R2 through 2020R1 allows remote attackers to hijack administrator sessions via malicious links. The /adminconsole/config.jsp login-menu endpoint reflects the serverDomain query parameter into its response without neutralizing executable markup. Exploitation needs no account but requires a targeted authenticated user to follow the crafted link; injected JavaScript executes in that user's browser and can expose session or authentication data.
