Application crash via crafted matchinfo query

SQLite before 3.32.0 allows local users to cause denial of service through a crafted FTS3 matchinfo() query. In ext/fts3/fts3_snippet.c, fts3ExprLHits() can pass an invalid NULL pointer to fts3ColumnlistCount(), causing the application to crash. Exploitation requires the ability to execute SQL statements against a database using the FTS3 extension; the observed impact is service interruption without data disclosure or modification.
