Memory corruption via undersized FAT filename buffer

Stack buffer overflow in Zephyr RTOS 1.14.2 and 2.3.0 allows local users to corrupt memory through a long FAT filename. The fatfs_stat function uses strcpy to place a long-name result into fs_dirent.name, while MAX_FILE_NAME remains sized for a 12-character 8.3 name. The flaw is reachable only when FAT long-file-name support is enabled and an application calls fs_stat on a filename longer than 12 characters; protected builds abort, while unprotected builds suffer memory corruption.
