Code execution via unchecked SGI RLE length

An out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 19.8 allows attackers to execute code by loading a crafted SGI RLE image. The sgiread function passes an attacker-controlled RLE length-table value to IO_read without checking it against a buffer allocated from the image width. A host application must pass the malformed image to ImageGear, after which memory corruption occurs in the host process context.
