Administrative request execution via missing CSRF checks

Cross-site request forgery in OpenEMR 5.0.2 and development version 6.0.0 allows remote attackers to submit GACL requests through an administrator. Every page under the phpGACL gacl/ subdirectory omits the CSRF token verification used elsewhere, so a malicious site can send requests with the victim's session. An authorized OpenEMR administrator must visit attacker-controlled content; chained phpGACL SQL injection or XSS can execute database queries or expose the administrator session.
