Database read and modification via unsanitized parent identifier

SQL injection in phpGACL 3.3.7 as shipped by OpenEMR allows remote authenticated users to execute attacker-controlled SQL. The admin/edit_group.php Submit path passes the parent_id POST value to add_group or edit_group, which concatenates the value into SELECT or UPDATE SQL without sanitization. A valid session with access to the phpGACL administration interface is required; injected queries can read or modify database data.
