Arbitrary JavaScript execution via unescaped acl_id rendering

Cross-site scripting in phpGACL 3.3.7 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript via a crafted acl_id URL. admin/acl_admin.php assigns the GET-supplied acl_id value to Smarty, and phpgacl/acl_admin.tpl renders it verbatim in two links and a hidden input. Execution requires a user to open the crafted URL, after which the script runs in that user's browser context.
