Authenticated code execution via template object exposure

Server-side template injection in Liferay Portal before 7.3.2 and affected DXP releases allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The template API exposes sensitive objects through its restricted wrapper, letting crafted FreeMarker or Velocity templates traverse object graphs and instantiate arbitrary Java objects. An account must have permission to add or edit templates; successful commands run with the privileges of the Liferay service account.
