Encoder crash via unchecked failed bitmap allocation

Out-of-bounds read in ffjpeg through 2020-02-24 allows attackers to crash the encoder by supplying a crafted BMP image. bmp_load passes a null buffer onward after a malformed size causes an invalid allocation, and jfif_encode reads RGB bytes from that unchecked pointer. Exploitation requires the target to encode the supplied file; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and service interruption.
