Stored XSS via unsanitized legend header

Stored XSS in Grafana Pie Chart Panel before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the Values Header option. The legend.ts renderer places the configured legend header into page markup without sanitizing it, so an HTML event handler is interpreted as active script. An authenticated user must save a crafted panel configuration and another user must view the affected chart; script execution occurs in that viewer's browser context.
