Code execution via invalid packetizer payload size

Heap-based buffer overflow in VideoLAN VLC media player before 3.0.11 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted H.264 media. In hxxx_AnnexB_to_xVC, a reallocation optimization calculates payload size by comparing offsets from different buffers, producing an invalid size and an out-of-bounds write. The vulnerable path is limited to macOS/iOS VideoToolbox decoding and requires the target user to open a crafted file or stream; a crash is the most likely result, while code runs with that user's privileges.
