Traffic interception via rogue IPv6 advertisements

Improper input validation in Docker Engine before 19.03.11 allows attackers in a container to redirect host IPv6 traffic with rogue advertisements. Host-side container network interfaces accept IPv6 router advertisements, allowing a CAP_NET_RAW container to install attacker-controlled routes. The container must retain CAP_NET_RAW; successful redirection supports traffic interception or spoofing and can interrupt IPv6-dependent services.
