Stored XSS via unescaped default branch name

Stored XSS in affected GitLab CE/EE releases before 13.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted branch name. The metrics-dashboard duplication modal inserts the repository's default branch name without escaping it, so stored markup becomes executable content. Execution occurs when a user with Reporter access or higher opens the modal, allowing the script to act through that user's session.
