Host process crash via unvalidated SD address

Out-of-bounds read in QEMU 4.2.0 SD card emulation allows guest OS users to crash the host QEMU process via a block write command. The sd_wp_addr function uses a guest-supplied address to index the s->wp_groups write-protect bitmap during sdhci_write() without validating that the address is in range. Access to a guest OS and its emulated SD controller is required; a crafted block write terminates the QEMU process and interrupts the virtual machine service provided by that process.
