Client crash via unchecked OK packet lengths

Memory corruption in MariaDB Connector/C before 3.1.8 allows remote attackers to crash a client via a crafted server OK packet. The ma_read_ok_packet parser trusts length-encoded fields beyond the remaining packet and copies an unchecked value into the fixed-size cs_name buffer. A target must connect to a malicious or compromised MariaDB or MySQL server; public analysis demonstrates client crashes but not code execution.
