Stored script execution via User Instructions HTML

Stored XSS in phpIPAM 1.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser through User Instructions content. The Edit User Instructions field accepts HTML event handlers, and the widget later renders that content without neutralization when the Instructions page is opened. High-privilege access is required to store the payload, and another user must open the page; execution is confined to that viewer's browser session.
