Stored XSS via JavaScript-bearing SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Open edX Studio Ironwood 2.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through an uploaded SVG file. The Content > File Uploads workflow stores an SVG containing script so a browser later interprets the embedded JavaScript as executable content. Course-author access is required to upload the file, and another user must view it, exposing that viewer's Studio session to script-driven data access or actions.
