Denial of service via unbounded MakerNote subtags

Uncontrolled resource consumption in libexif before 0.6.22 allows attackers to consume excessive CPU via crafted Canon EXIF MakerNote data. The exif_mnote_data_canon_load function expands array-valued MakerNote entries into individual tags without limiting the cumulative decoded value count. Reachability requires an application to pass attacker-controlled EXIF data to the library, where excessive tag iteration delays image-processing work.
