Out-of-bounds read and write in AMD Radeon Software before 20.7.1 allows local users to elevate privileges or crash Windows 10. AMD identifies the affected locus only as its Windows 10 graphics driver and does not disclose which routine accesses memory outside a valid buffer. Low-privileged local access is required; successful exploitation can cross the kernel privilege boundary or stop the host.
