Privilege escalation via installer search path

An untrusted search path in AMD Radeon Software allows local users to execute code with the Radeon Settings installer's privileges. The installer searches an untrusted location for a component, but AMD has not identified the searched path, loaded component, or triggering action. The issue affects Radeon Software before 21.3.1 and Radeon Pro Software for Enterprise before 21.Q2, and exploitation requires local access and user interaction.
