Memory disclosure or crash via CoAP length checks

Out-of-bounds reads in the CoAP parser in Arm Mbed OS 5.15.3 allow remote attackers to read unintended memory or crash devices via malformed packets. sn_coap_parser_options_parse() miscalculates message_left and reads absent extended delta or length bytes without confirming the received packet length. No authentication or user interaction is required when an application exposes the parser to network packets; platform memory handling determines whether the result is memory disclosure or a crash.
