Process-memory disclosure via unterminated scanner header

Out-of-bounds read in SANE Backends before 1.0.30 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory via crafted scanner responses. Within the epsonds backend, esci2_check_header passes an attacker-controlled 64-byte stack buffer to sscanf without guaranteeing termination, allowing a hexadecimal field to be read past the buffer. A malicious scanner or computer must share the victim's local network, and successfully overread data is returned in the next protocol message.
