Information disclosure via decode_binary out-of-bounds read

An out-of-bounds read in SANE Backends before 1.0.30 allows remote attackers to read process information via a malicious network device. The epsonds decode_binary function trusts a four-byte attacker-controlled hexadecimal length and copies that many bytes from a 64-byte stack buffer, exposing adjacent memory such as ASLR offsets. Exploitation requires a device on the victim's local network and affects confidentiality without reported integrity or availability impact.
