Unauthenticated bandwidth suspension via mail log strings

Bandwidth-accounting flaw in cPanel before 86.0.14 allows remote attackers to suspend an account via crafted mail-log strings. cPanel has not published which mail-log parser or wrong operation causes those strings to trigger bandwidth suspension. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is account bandwidth suspension rather than data access or modification.
