Improper access control in Samsung mobile devices with Q(10.0) software allows remote attackers to change the preferred SIM while locked. Samsung has not identified the responsible component or disclosed how the preferred-SIM selection path fails to enforce the locked state. The device must be locked, and successful exploitation alters only the selected SIM preference, with no reported data disclosure or service interruption.
