Unauthenticated account takeover via predictable reset passwords

Insufficient entropy in DomainMOD 4.13.0 reset.php allows remote attackers to take over accounts through predictable reset passwords. The script hashes the current Unix timestamp with MD5 and uses the first eight hexadecimal characters as the new password after matching a supplied username or email address. Knowledge of an active username is sufficient to reset its password and predict the replacement, including for the default admin account.
