Heap-based buffer overflow in GraphicsMagick 1.3.35 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash image-processing services via a crafted MNG file. ReadMNGImage applies MAGN interpolation to one-pixel-wide or one-pixel-high images instead of pixel replication, causing an out-of-bounds heap write. Exploitation requires an untrusted MNG image to reach the decoder, and the grounded consequence is a process crash rather than disclosed code execution.
