Open redirect via uncleaned static paths

Open redirect in Macaron before 1.3.7 allows remote attackers to send users to attacker-chosen sites through crafted static-file URLs. The staticHandler function appends a slash to an uncleaned request path when redirecting directory requests, so a path beginning with two slashes becomes a scheme-relative Location header. Exploitation requires the Static middleware and a user or redirect-following client to request the crafted URL; the redirect can support phishing or a separate attack chain.
