Service crash via malformed discoveryd UDP packet

NULL pointer dereference in Comtrol IO-Link Master discoveryd 1.5.48 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the service. The daemon passes data derived from a crafted UDP datagram on port 4606 to strlen with a null pointer, causing a segmentation fault. The CNA score requires high privileges, although the published proof of concept does not describe an authentication step; normal mode limits the demonstrated result to a program crash.
