Arbitrary file disclosure via image-relocator path traversal

Path traversal in s::can moni::tool before 4.2 allows remote attackers to read any file from the affected device. The image-relocator module accepts attacker-controlled traversal paths when resolving image requests, escaping the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests disclose readable files without reported modification or interruption.
