Stored XSS via retained HTML event handlers

Stored XSS in PHP-Fusion 9.03.50 banners.php allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser. The banner editor strips SCRIPT tags but preserves HTML event-handler attributes, so a saved banner can carry executable JavaScript. Banner-management access and administrator interaction are required, and successful exploitation can act with the victim's web-session privileges.
