Cross-account command execution via writable relaunch file

Local privilege escalation in Valve Source allows local users to execute commands as another account through /tmp/hl2_relaunch. The relaunch workflow executes the shared temporary file as shell input without ensuring it was created by the account that later runs it. A local user who can write the predictable path can inject shell syntax, and execution occurs when a different user launches an affected Source game.
