Service interruption and disclosure via unchecked BER length

Out-of-bounds read in the Contiki-NG SNMP stack 4.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service or disclose memory. The snmp_ber_decode_string_len_buffer function decodes a packet-supplied string length without verifying sufficient input remains. SNMP must be enabled and reachable; malformed packets can read beyond the message boundary, interrupting the service and exposing adjacent memory.
