Authenticated command execution via unfiltered exclude_ip

Command injection in Opmantek Open-AudIT 3.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands via discovery settings. The all_ip_list function in discoveries_helper.php passes the global exclude_ip value to exec without rejecting shell metacharacters. Access to modify global discovery settings is required, and injected commands run with the Open-AudIT service's privileges.
