Unauthenticated restricted-screen access via missing start-screen checks

Improper privilege management in CODESYS V3 Visualization before 3.5.16.0 allows remote attackers to access restricted screens. Generated WebVisu and Remote TargetVisu code fails to limit direct screen access to configured start visualizations, leaving hidden or navigation-gated screens reachable. Exposure requires the visualization feature and a project that protects only navigation elements or includes otherwise unreachable screens; access is limited to operator-restricted screens.
