Unauthenticated RGW crash via missing XML element

Denial of service in Ceph RGW through 13.2.9 allows remote attackers to crash the gateway process via malformed S3 tagging XML. RGWPostObj_ObjStore_S3::get_tags() dereferences the null result of parser.find_first("Tagging") while attempting to locate TagSet. Any network client that can reach an RGW S3 endpoint can trigger the process crash, interrupting gateway service without reported data disclosure or modification.
