Unauthenticated command-line access via hard-coded credentials

Hard-coded credentials in Baxter Spectrum WBM v17, v20D29, v20D30, v20D31, and v22D24 allow remote attackers to access its Telnet CLI. The module exposes a Telnet service on TCP port 1023 and accepts embedded credentials, granting access to sensitive data, temporary network-configuration changes, and WBM reboot. The attacker must reach the module's network while it is paired with a Spectrum v8.x model 35700BAX2; the pump remains unaffected and therapy continues during a WBM reboot.
