FTP exposure via failure to stop service

Improper shutdown in Baxter Spectrum WBM v17, v20D29, v20D30, v20D31, and v22D24 allows remote attackers to reach FTP after reconfiguration. After a factory-default module is configured for a non-default wireless network, the WBM fails to stop its FTP service and keeps it listening until reboot. Reachability requires access to the device's wireless network; the flaw exposes the lingering service, while the bulletin does not attribute pump control or therapy interruption to this condition.
