Biomed menu access via hard-coded keypad PIN

Hard-coded credentials in Baxter SIGMA SPECTRUM Infusion System 6.x and 8.x allow physically proximate attackers to access Biomed menus. The keypad accepts a shared hard-coded PIN for the Biomed Options login, exposing device, calibration, and network settings without individual credentials. Exploitation requires physical access and knowledge of the PIN; Baxter reports no exposure of passwords or protected health information.
