Unauthenticated memory disclosure via ViewSrv buffer over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Advantech WebAccess Node 8.4.4 and earlier and 9.0.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive memory over the network. ViewSrv.dll handles user-supplied data for IOCTL 0x00002722 without proper validation, causing a read past an allocated buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; the direct effect is unauthorized data disclosure, while administrator code execution requires chaining with another flaw.
