Unauthenticated project data disclosure via getDiffs

Missing authentication in Inductive Automation Ignition 7 Gateway before 7.9.14 and 8 Gateway before 8.0.10 allows remote attackers to read project data. The getDiffs method in ProjectDownload accepts unauthenticated server queries and returns project-download differences containing sensitive information. Network access to the Gateway is sufficient; the flaw discloses data and can support a separate deserialization attack chain, but does not itself execute code.
