Authenticated SSRF via permissive JMX getter ACL

SSRF in Apache Karaf 4.2.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests through JMX. The global etc/jmx.acl.cfg grants the viewer role access to get* methods, so MLet's getMBeansFromURL fetches an attacker-chosen URL and registers the returned MBean. A viewer account and reachable JMX service are required; invocation can access network resources from the server and pollute its MBean registry, but the viewer cannot invoke the loaded MBean.
