Information disclosure in JetBrains TeamCity 2018.2 through 2019.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to view scrambled project password parameters. JetBrains has not published the affected code path or the operation that made the scrambled parameters visible. Access requires the project administrator role, and the disclosed consequence is limited to viewing those scrambled values.
