Administrative account creation via unverified cross-site requests

CSRF in SVAKOM Siime Eye 14.1.00000001.3.330.0.0.3.14 allows context-dependent attackers to create administrative accounts. The web interface accepts state-changing requests without CSRF tokens or another check that the authenticated user intended them. Exploitation requires the victim to visit an attacker-controlled page in a browser authenticated to the device; the default hotspot workflow makes this unlikely, but a successful request can add an administrative user and compromise the device.
